Dutch translation (#136)
* Add folder for Dutch translation with images
Copied images from English version.
No changes were made at all, _titlecard.png should be changed!
* Add Dutch language to files outside language dir
* Add Dutch nonpage language files and index page

Also rename dutch page file and rename links to the page
* Check translated Dutch files for mixups
Sometimes 'gender' and 'sex' were wrongfully interchanged during
translation.
